Graduated with a 5 years degree (Master’s level) delivered by Toulouse Agriculture School (France), Bruno started his career as a swine nutritionist for 4 years for a French leader feed meal company in Brittany. In charge of research and development activities for swine nutrition, he was managing trials in both experimental and commercial farms and valorizing results into nutritional innovations and solutions.

Since 2016, Bruno joined Lallemand Animal Nutrition, first as Product Manager for Yeast Derivatives, then as Technical Manager for Yeast Derivatives and Antioxidants. Since 2022, Bruno has been working as a Technical Manager for all topics related to swine activities.
